Industrialised Elements as Part of the Erection of Two Office Towers
HaArba`a Towers are a pair of office blocks extending over a 135,000 sq.m. area in the centre of Tel Aviv. One of the towers goes up 34 storeys, reaching a height of 152 metres, while the other has 38 floors, rising to 160 metres. The two towers were built over an underground car park and share a common lobby and lounge located on a bridge connecting them.
AS part of the construction process Ashcrete supplied 2,500 cu.m. of prestressed prefabricated beams. Also produced at the Company’s Ashdod plant were 70,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs that were transported and assembled on site in the 5 parking levels as well as on each level of the towers. The Ashcrete plant is one of the country’s leaders in the prestressed ceiling manufacturing sector, operating around 20 production lines in parallel that together produce more than 500 thousand sq.m. of prestressed ceilings per annum, of various cross-sections and sizes.
