Prefabricated Elements for Advanced Logistic Structure 

The logistic centre located in the Ashkelon southern industrial estate extends over a total area of about 40,000 sq.m. and includes a 4-storey  structure with storage areas, offices, a dining room, a synagogue, showers, safe rooms, escape corridors and a basement with an area of 2,700 sq.m..

Ashcrete has supplied a variety of high quality industrialised elements for constructing the logistic centre, including 13,000 sq.m. of façades built of tough and long-lasting reinforced concrete precast walls. The walls were inserted into a galvanised steel profile, cast together with peripheral and interior industrialised columns with an overall volume of some 1,000 cu.m. Ashcrete also produced about 1,000 sq.m. of prefabricated floors designed to take heavy loads and made of industrialised membranes as well as 4,000 sq.m. of ceilings for galleries in the offices.
