Fast and Efficient Construction by Using Industrialised Façades  

In the HaPardes neighbourhood of Kiryat Ono 13 residential towers, each rising 13 floors, have been erected; the neighbourhood was built in the course of only 4 years.

Expediting of the construction process was made possible owing to the conventional building method combined with an envelope of industrial elements - laying of foundations and erection of the frame for all of the buildings and at the same time, assembly of the industrialised façade walls produced at the Ashcrete plant. In the course of the project Ashcrete supplied almost 9,000 industrialised façades covering an area of approx. 78,000 sq.m.
