Prefabricated Elements for Commercial and Business Complex 

The Osher Ad centre at Savion Junction is an innovative commercial and business complex extending over an approx. 17,000 sq.m. and includes 2 buildings with 12 storeys rising over a commercial floor.   

Ashcrete supplied over 53,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs produced at the Company plant in Ashdod, transported to the building site using the Company’s efficient logistic set-up, where they were assembled on site. The Ashcrete plant is among the country’s leaders in the prestressed slabs manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once, which together produce over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs annually. Ashcrete  prestressed slabs are low in weight, reducing the load on the structure, and are quickly and efficiently deployed in the field. Ashcrete also produced 790 cu.m. of prefabricated concrete beams and columns.
