Industrialised Elements for Building an Office Tower 

Midtown is the fourth largest office tower In the country, with 50 storeys over 4 parking levels, reaching a height of 201 metres. The tower is part of a larger complex with 3 more towers - also including residential blocks, a commercial centre and public buildings.   

Ashcrete supplied over 75,000 prestressed slabs produced at the Company plant in Ashdod, which were transported to the building site using the Company’s efficient logistic set-up, where they were assembled on site. The Ashcrete plant is among the country’s leaders in the prestressed slabs manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once, which together produce over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs annually. Ashcrete  prestressed slabs are low in weight, reducing the load on the structure, and are quickly and efficiently deployed in the field. Ashcrete also produced 1,800 cu.m. of concrete beams and columns of various cross-sections.
