Prefabricated Elements for Office Towers in Dan Region 

The LYFE Towers complex includes two towers (Towers A and B) extending over a 105,000 sq.m. area and containing office floors, commercial areas and surface and underground car parks. Towers A and B are connected by a covered passageway with 1,700 sq. m. of commercial areas on the ground floor.   

Ashcrete supplied 29,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings and around 3,000 cu.m. of pretensioned prefabricated beams for the basement areas and floors. The elements were produced at the Company plant in Ashdod, transported to the building site using the Company’s efficient logistic set-up, where they were assembled on site. The Ashcrete plant is among the country’s leaders in the prestressed ceilings manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once, which together produce over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings annually in various cross-sections and sizes. Ashcrete  prestressed ceilings are low in weight, reducing the load on the structure, and are quickly and efficiently deployed in the field.
