Industrialised Elements for Mixed - Use Project  

The Landmark Towers complex in the Sarona neighbourhood includes 2 interconnected office towers, together with a third tower currently under construction. The two towers have 30 and 39 stories, having been erected over a commercial floor with an overall area of some 242 thousand sq.m. Tower B combines office floors with 11 residential floors offering 116 housing units. The towers were built over a common 6-level underground car park with about 2,000 parking spaces.   

As part of the construction process Ashcrete supplied 1,750 cu.m. of prestressed beams. Also produced at the Company plant in Ashdod were 75,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs that were transported to and assembled at the  site  in the 6 parking levels as well as all levels of the towers. The Ashcrete plant is among the country’s leaders in the prestressed ceilings manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once, which together produce over 500 thousand sq.m. of prestressed ceilings annually, in various cross-sections and sizes.
