Prestressed Ceilings for Office Tower in Givatayim 

HaShahar Tower in Givatayim was built with 30 office floors over a 5-level underground car park.   

As part of the construction operations Ashcrete manufactured 45,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings for the 5 basement levels and all of the tower’s storeys. The prestressed ceilings were produced at the Company plant in Ashdod, transported to the building site using the Company’s efficient logistic set-up, where they were assembled on site. 

The Ashcrete plant is among the country’s leaders in the prestressed ceilings manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once, which together produce over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs annually. Ashcrete  prestressed slabs are low in weight, reducing the load on the structure, and are quickly and efficiently deployed in the field.
