Suspended Pool Set on Prefabricated Beams between Two Towers

This prestigious project, construction of which was completed in 2020, includes two 44-storey residential towers rising to a height of 155 metres over a total area of about 120 thousand sq.m., containing 412 housing units. Also built in the complex are a 10-storey office and commercial structure and a 4-level underground car park.     

The two towers are connected by a bridge on the tenth floor, on which a suspended pool has been constructed on pretensioned prefabricated beams. The beams, produced at the Ashcrete Ashdod plant, have an AASHTO Type II cross-section with a height of 92 cm., a length of 92 cm. and an overall volume of 160 cu.m. Ashcrete also manufactured 10,600 sq.m. of prestressed slab ceilings for 4 of the parking levels in the complex, which were delivered by the Company’s well-organised logistic setup and assembled in the field on the building site.
