Industrialised Elements at Logistic Centre in the North  

The logistic centre located in the Mevohot HaCarmel Industrial Estate in Megiddo Regional Council extends over a total area of approx. 8,000 sq.m. and includes a two-storey structure with storage areas, offices, a logistic centre and 70 parking places.

Apart from the 4 vertically rising reinforced concrete cores, the logistic centre includes additional industrialised elements - 16.5 metre-high prefabricated columns, 500 cu.m. of interior and exterior façades with various cross-sections, 7,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs with various thickness and 750 cu.m. of precast walls produced in various dimensions and using the innovative  battery-type mould, with openings prepared for roll-up and/or fire doors. All elements for constructing the logistic centre were produced at the Ashcrete plant and transported to the site enabling the construction process to be streamlined and work times shortened.
