Prestressed Ceilings for Office and Commercial Complex 

The complex contains two office towers each possessing 17 storeys, a ground floor used for commerce with shops, restaurants and cafés, and an underground car park extending over an area of approx. 19 thousand sq.m. on 3 and a half levels.  

Ashcrete has supplied 26,700 prestressed ceilings produced at the Company’s Ashdod plant, transported to the building site using the Company’s efficient logistic setup, where they were assembled on site. The Ashcrete plant is one of the country’s leaders in the prestressed ceilings manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once that together manufacture over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings per annum in various cross-sections and sizes. Ashcrete prestressed ceilings are low in weight, thus reducing the load on the structure, and are deployed in the field quickly and efficiently.
