Prestressed Slabs and Prefabricated Beams and Columns at a new Logistic Centre 

The logistic centre in Bet Shemesh extends over an approx. 50 thousand sq.m. area. The structure includes two levels with 22,000 sq.m. of storage floor space, an approx. 1,000 sq.m. gallery for storage or office space and 6 cores each containing a lift, stairwell, safe room and lobby. The building also has a technical roof storey over an area of about 2,000 sq.m. with a service tunnel and a prefabricated bridge connecting the top and bottom levels.

As part of the construction process Ashcrete supplied a variety of prefabricated elements designed by the Company’s Technical Department and produced at its Ashdod plant - 21,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings,  2,000 cu.m. of prefabricated beams and 2,500 cu.m. of reinforced concrete prefabricated columns.
