Industrialised Elements for Business and Commercial Complex 

In the Alon Towers complex in the centre of Tel Aviv 2 office towers, each with 42 floors rising to 163 metres, have been erected, over a total built-up area of about 200,000 sq.m. On the ground floor of the complex a commercial centre with restaurants and cafés was built, over a 6-level underground car park containing 2,200 parking spaces.   

Ashcrete supplied over 100,000 sq.m. of prestressed ceilings produced at the Company plant in Ashdod, transported to the building site using the Company’s efficient logistic set-up, where they were assembled on site. The Ashcrete plant is among the country’s leaders in the prestressed slabs manufacturing sector, operating some 20 production lines at once, which together produce over 500,000 sq.m. of prestressed slabs annually. Ashcrete  prestressed slabs are low in weight, reducing the load on the structure, and are quickly and efficiently deployed in the field. Ashcrete also produced 3,800 cu.m. of prefabricated concrete beams and columns of various cross-sections.
