Prefabricated Façades in the Largest Neighbourhood in Israel 

In the Bait BaPark neighbourhood of Or Yehuda 27 residential towers rising 10-13 floors and containing 1,429 housing units have been erected.

Expediting of the construction process was made possible owing to the conventional building method combined with an envelope of industrial elements - laying of foundations and erection of the frame for all of the buildings and at the same time, assembly of the industrialised façade walls produced at the Ashcrete plant. In the course of the project, Ashcrete supplied almost 2,800 industrialised façades covering an area of approx. 24,500 sq.m.
