The IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange transformed Ashtrom into a publicly traded company, providing a stable capital and financial foundation for the years ahead. This period also witnessed the introduction of new development fields for Ashtrom Group, including long-term rental housing and renewable energy. The strategic relocation of all subsidiaries to Lyfe Towers played a crucial role in enhancing synergy among different divisions and fostering direct connections among all employees.

Ashtrom successfully secured mega-projects, including the Carmel Tunnels, which commenced in late 2010, and the Light Rail, facilitating the annual transport of over 40 million passengers. As the substantial waves of immigration from the former Soviet Union began, the Ashstrom Group was already well-prepared to confront this intricate challenge. Recognizing the magnitude of the situation, the group promptly responded to the request of the Minister of immigration at the time, Ariel Sharon, to construct 17,000 housing units within a span of 3 years—an unprecedented challenge by any standard. Demonstrating professionalism and efficiency, the group successfully fulfilled the task and, over a decade, played a pivotal role in establishing new cities and expanding existing neighborhoods, spanning from north to south.

During a decade marked by severe recession and sky -rocketing inflation, the Ashstrom Group made a strategic decision to diversify its portfolio by venturing into revenue – producing properties, capitalizing on its robust contracting capabilities. The inaugural project in this endeavor was the development of the Bat Yam mall, emphasizing a focus on trade and retail. Subsequently, the group's involvement in revenue – producing properties expanded to encompass offices, industrial and logistics complexes, as well as mixed-use properties. Approximately a decade later, the group extended its reach by acquiring and managing properties in both England and Germany.

Within a decade, Ashder was founded, emerging as the primary entrepreneurial division of the Ashstrom Group and contributing to the establishment of tens of thousands of residential units in new and existing settlements across the country. Concurrently, the group's international division extended its reach into residential development in the US during this period. 1973 (or 1974) - Initiation of activity in the field of residential development through Alram, established in collaboration with the Ashstrom Group and the Israel Corporation LTD.
1981 - Onset of real estate development in the US
1982 - Establishment of the Ashdar company and expansion of activity in the residential real estate sector.

Towards the decade's conclusion, the group extended its contracting activities internationally, undertaking projects in Jamaica and the Caribbean.
